Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and w88ap ("Platform", "we", "us", "our") in respect of all services offered at https://w88ap.cam. By accessing, registering an account or placing any wager on the w88ap platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted every provision of this Agreement in full.

Definitions

The following terms carry the meanings assigned below throughout this Agreement:

• "Account" — a registered w88ap player account created by an eligible individual.
• "Balance" — the total MYR-equivalent funds held in an Account at any given time, consisting of real-money deposits and any credited bonuses.
• "Bonus Funds" — any promotional credits, free bets or cashback amounts credited by w88ap under a current promotion, subject to separate terms.
• "Platform" — the w88ap website, mobile interface and all associated services accessible at https://w88ap.cam.
• "Stake" — the MYR amount wagered by a Player on a single bet, game round or event selection.
• "Turnover Requirement" — the total aggregate wagering amount a Player must complete before Bonus Funds or associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "Verification" — the KYC (Know Your Customer) process whereby w88ap may request identity, age or payment documentation to confirm Account eligibility.
• "Withdrawal" — a Player's request to transfer real-money funds from an Account balance to a nominated payment method such as Maybank, CIMB, Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow or another supported channel.

Account Eligibility

To register and maintain a w88ap Account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are a natural person acting in a personal capacity, not on behalf of a corporation or third party.
• You are not a current or former w88ap employee, contractor, director, affiliate partner or member of their immediate household.
• You have not previously had an Account suspended or permanently closed by w88ap for a material policy breach.
• You have not been self-excluded or excluded by an authorised party from gambling services.
• Participation in the Platform is not prohibited by any law or regulation applicable to you.

Each individual may hold only one Account on the w88ap Platform. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under the same name, email address, device, IP address or payment method — constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and may result in Account closure and forfeiture of all associated balances.

Account Management

Players are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of their Account login credentials at all times. w88ap will not be liable for losses arising from unauthorised access to an Account where the Player has failed to take reasonable security precautions.

• Use a strong, unique password not shared with any other online service.
• Never disclose your password, security codes or one-time PINs to any third party.
• Notify w88ap immediately if you suspect that your Account has been accessed without authorisation.
• Ensure that Account registration information, including your name, date of birth and payment details, is accurate and kept up to date.

w88ap reserves the right to request identity, address or payment documentation at any stage as part of its ongoing Verification obligations. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable time may result in temporary Account suspension until the matter is resolved.

Deposits & Withdrawals

w88ap supports a range of MYR-compatible payment channels including Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, FPX bank transfers (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong), DuitNow, and selected cryptocurrencies including Bitcoin, Ethereum and USDT. Payment method availability, minimum and maximum limits, and processing times may vary by Account and are subject to change.

Deposits

• All deposits must originate from a payment source registered in the Player's own name.
• Minimum deposit amounts are displayed in the Platform cashier at the time of transaction and must be satisfied for the deposit to be credited.
• e-Wallet and FPX-style bank transfers may process within minutes, subject to system availability; cryptocurrency transactions require sufficient blockchain confirmations, which may take 15–60 minutes or longer during periods of network congestion.
• w88ap reserves the right to decline deposits if fraud, money laundering risk or Account policy concerns are identified.

Withdrawals

• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method that was previously used to deposit funds, or to an alternative method satisfying applicable Verification requirements.
• Pending Bonus Funds with incomplete Turnover Requirements cannot be withdrawn until all applicable conditions have been met.
• w88ap targets withdrawal processing within 1–5 business days for verified accounts; cryptocurrency withdrawals may experience additional delays due to external network factors.
• w88ap may request additional verification documentation before approving any withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawals or amounts exceeding MYR 10,000.

Betting & Gaming Rules

All sports betting, live casino, and slot-style activities on the w88ap Platform are subject to the specific rules displayed within each market, game or event. Players should review all applicable rules before placing a Stake. The following general principles apply across all w88ap gaming activities:

• Bets placed are final once confirmed and cannot be cancelled at the Player's request unless a specific in-play cancellation feature is available and active.
• Sports markets displayed on w88ap may cover EPL fixtures, Liga Super Malaysia, UFC events, international football and other selected competitions. Odds are subject to change until the Stake is confirmed.
• In the event of a technical fault, display error or pricing error, w88ap reserves the right to void affected bets and return the original Stake to the Player's Account balance.
• Any bet placed using funds obtained through fraudulent, collusive or unlawful activity may be voided and the associated Account suspended.
• Winnings calculated incorrectly due to an evident system error may be adjusted by w88ap to the correct amount regardless of whether funds have been credited.

Bonuses & Promotions

w88ap may offer welcome bonuses, reload promotions, cryptocurrency deposit incentives, refer-a-friend rewards and loyalty programme benefits from time to time. All promotional offers are governed by these general Terms and by any additional promotion-specific conditions communicated at the time of the offer.

• Bonuses are available to eligible Players only. w88ap reserves the right to withhold a bonus from any Account that does not satisfy the stated eligibility criteria.
• Unless stated otherwise, Bonus Funds must be turned over in full before they or any associated winnings may be withdrawn.
• A Player may not hold more than one active welcome bonus unless expressly permitted by the specific promotion terms.
• w88ap reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate any promotion at any time with reasonable notice where practical.
• Attempting to abuse, circumvent or exploit bonus conditions — including through multi-accounting, arbitrage or coordinated play — may result in forfeiture of the bonus and Account closure.

Responsible Gambling

w88ap is committed to providing entertainment in a manner that minimises potential harm. Players are encouraged to treat gambling as leisure activity funded by affordable discretionary income, never as a means of generating income or recovering financial losses.

• Players aged 21 and above only. Underage gambling is strictly prohibited.
• Deposit limits, wagering limits, session time reminders and self-exclusion tools may be available within Account settings. Players are encouraged to use these controls proactively.

Intellectual Property

No content may be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed or commercially exploited without the prior written consent of w88ap.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, lawful gambling purposes in accordance with this Agreement. This licence does not extend to any form of data scraping, automated querying, reverse engineering or commercial use of Platform content.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted under applicable law, w88ap's aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms, whether in contract, tort or otherwise, shall not exceed the total Stake amount placed by the Player in connection with the specific event or game from which the claim arises.

w88ap shall not be liable for any:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill or opportunity, whether direct or indirect;
• Losses arising from the Player's reliance on information displayed on the Platform, including odds, statistics or game results;
• Service interruptions caused by internet connectivity issues, third-party payment processor failures, scheduled maintenance or force-majeure events;
• Unauthorised access to a Player's Account where the Player failed to observe reasonable security practices.

Amendments

w88ap reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where material changes are made, w88ap will endeavour to notify registered Players via Account notification or email prior to the change taking effect. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Players are encouraged to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of the current conditions governing their Account and activity on the w88ap Platform.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the applicable licensing jurisdiction under which w88ap operates. Any dispute arising from these Terms that cannot be resolved through direct negotiation shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
